There is a huge Geant Hypermarket together with restaurants, banks, ATMs, bakeries and shops less than half-a-kilometre from the Parc, while La Croix Valmer and Cogolin, both 4 kms away have excellent shops. Most local towns and villlages really come alive on market day, with many attractive stalls selling fresh local produce, hand-made goods and the colourful herbs and spices of the region. A visit to St. Tropez is a must for shopping and during the summer months there is a ferry boat service from nearby Port Cogolin to the harbour of St. Tropez, so you can arrive in style!
markets
The major markets are held in St. Tropez on Tuesday and Saturday mornings and at La Croix Valmer on Sunday mornings, all selling lots of local produce. There are other markets locally most days.
beaches
The nearest beach is five minutes away and further extensive beaches are at Pampelonne and Croix Valmer. There are also great beaches for snorkelling at L'Escalet and Gigaro. There are beautiful coastal walks from St. Tropez to Cavalaire.

Cycling, fishing, diving, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, roller blading, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing, are all readily available.
vineyards
There are many interesting vineyards close to the chalets. They offer tours and tastings and of course the opportunities to buy! There is also a co-operative vineyard shop on the roundabout at La Foux, which is less than five minutes away.
polo
For something different. There is a great opportunity to watch polo matches played at the prestigious St. Tropez polo grounds which are about 1km away.
